Update My Student Contact Information
- Login into your ctcLink account.
- If you are or have been a student at more than one Washington state community college, click the college you want to log in to (select North Seattle College).
- If you have only been admitted to or attend one college, go to step 3.
- Click on Student Homepage.
- Click on the Profile tile.
- Click on the tabs located to the left of the page and update the sections accordingly.
- (i.e. Personal Details, Contact Details, Addresses, Emergency Contacts, Ethnicity, and Privacy Restrictions)

Confirm Online Registration Appointment (Date and Time)
- Go to the Class Search page.
- Click Log In on the left side of the page.
- Enter your ctcLink ID and password. Then click login.
- Click on the Enrollment tab located on the left menu of the page.
- Click on Enrollment Dates.
- Your upcoming shopping cart appointment (registration appointment) and Enrollment Appointment dates are shown on this page. Click the term for more information.

- Login into your ctcLink account.
- If you are or have been a student at more than one Washington state community college, click the college you want to log in to (select North Seattle College).
- If you have only been admitted to or attend one college, go to step 3.
- Click on Student Homepage.
- Click on the Manage Classes tile.
- Click on Class Search and Enroll. Then choose the Term from the dropdown menu and select your college for that term.
- Look up your classes using the course name, subject or keywords. Click the Enter/Return key to populate results.
- Select the course in which you want to enroll.
- Select the hyperlink from the Class row to view details and the class information page will display.
- Once you’ve decided which classes best fits your schedule, click the arrow on the right of the page to enroll.
- Follow the prompts to review the class selection. Click Next when you are done.
- Input your ‘Wait List’ preference or ‘Permission Number’ (if applicable). Click Accept when you are done.
- If you want to add the class to your shopping cart and continue to search for additional classes, select the ‘Add to Shopping Cart’ and then the Next button.
- If you are done searching for classes and are ready to enroll, select ‘Enroll’ then the Next button.
- Review your selection. If you need to make a change, click the Previous button at the top right. If everything looks good, click Submit.
- A pop-up window will appear with the following message, ‘Are you sure you want to submit?’, click Yes to confirm.
- You will receive a message stating the class has been added to your schedule.

- All other students should submit an Advising-Contact Us form with proof of meeting prerequisites attached or come to drop-in advising for assistance.
- Login into your ctcLink account.
- If you are or have been a student at more than one Washington state community college, click the college you want to log in to(select North Seattle College).
- If you have only been admitted to or attend one college, go to step 3.
- Click on Student Homepage.
- Click on the Manage Classes tile.
- Click Drop Classes.
- Select the Term/College combination you want to view.
- Click the checkbox for the class(es) you want to drop. You can select more than one.
- If you want to exit out this page, click the Exit button at the top left of the page.
- Once you select the classes, the Next button appears at the top right. Click Next to continue.
- Click the Exit button to cancel dropping.
- Review your selected class(es). Then, click Drop Classes to continue.
- Click Previous to go back or Exit to cancel dropping.
- A pop-up window will appear with the following message, ‘Confirm that the following class(es) are to be dropped?’. Click Yes to confirm the drop.
- You have successfully dropped the class.

Waitlist Status
You can view your waitlist status at the time of enrollment and through your ctcLink account here.
Deferred Tuition Payments
- Login into your ctcLink account to enroll in and manage your NelNet Payment Plan (Deferred Payment Plan)

Pay Tuition Online
- Visit ctcLink and login with your ctcLink ID (EMPLID) and password. If you have not activated your ctcLink ID (EMPLID) or need assistance recovering it, please click here for support.
- For step-by-step instructions on how to pay your balance, visit the ctcLink Resources page, scroll down to the "Navigating ctcLink (Desktop/Browser)" section and select "Make a Payment on Your Account."
Enrollment/Degree Verification
- Get up-to-date information on your enrollment and degree verifications at no charge with the Student Self-Service through the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Print enrollment verifications for health insurance or other organizations, view your enrollment history, and print Good Student Discount certificates to obtain discounts on auto insurance, etc.
Late Add Petition
(after the 10th day of the term or 8th day for summer)
If it is after the 10th day of the term (8th day for summer) and you have been attending your class(es) since the beginning of the term and are dropped for non-payment or never got enrolled, you will have to petition to add your class(es) late.
- Please fill out this form
- You will need to get instructor permission to add the class(es)
- You will need to explain why you are registering late
- There is a late add fee of $10.50 per credit (for example, a 5 credit class will have a late add fee of $52.50)
- You will need to pay your tuition and fees within 24 hours of registering
